We have a house keeper named Sanem, we always call her Mbak Inem. Only Bianca calls her “Mbak Enem”. She’s not only helping us to keep the house clean and in order, she also cooks, does the laundry, taking care of the garden and being Bianca’s Nanny… What a super duper woman she is!

Bianca loves Mbak Inem dearly, while I and my husband, in a lot of ways, kind of, depend on her. And the most important thing, she takes a really good care of our Princess.

Yesterday, Mbak Inem somehow caused me a terrible headache simply by telling me this story:

Her younger sister, Tri, called her from Kampung. Tri gets a job in Hong Kong and is planning to go there on July. And she’s asking our mbak Inem to go with her. Thinking that she’ll earn a lot more money in Hong Kong, mbak Inem is thinking of going there with her sister. Meaning: She’s going to leave us!!

How in the world would I get some one as good as her? How’s Bianca going to take it? Should I quit my job and start being a full time housewife? Waduh…,
