I used to think that having children in life is just a normal thing. Most people do, some even have a lot! But then, I started knowing more people who have to work so hard just to get one. And then, I look at my self, feeling so lucky and grateful. How could I not?

Bianca & Benaia

Finally…, I am a mother of two now….
Now, there are two beautiful angles in my life. Bianca which is 4, and Benaia which is 19 days old by today. More miracles…

Bianca Prameswari, born on 14 April 2002, at 04.55 am, 2800 grams, 48 cms. Bianca is a French name, means white. Prameswari comes from a Sanscrit word pramesvara which means the super soul (and the absolute master…)

Benaia Pranadipta, born on 15 April 2006, at 07.55 am, 2900 grams, 49 cms. Benaia is a Hebrew name, means God build. Pranadipta comes from Sanscrit words, prana which means life and deepta which means light.

And this blog is about those two amazing angles… How they fill and change my life.

We have a house keeper named Sanem, we always call her Mbak Inem. Only Bianca calls her “Mbak Enem”. She’s not only helping us to keep the house clean and in order, she also cooks, does the laundry, taking care of the garden and being Bianca’s Nanny… What a super duper woman she is!

Bianca loves Mbak Inem dearly, while I and my husband, in a lot of ways, kind of, depend on her. And the most important thing, she takes a really good care of our Princess.

Yesterday, Mbak Inem somehow caused me a terrible headache simply by telling me this story:

Her younger sister, Tri, called her from Kampung. Tri gets a job in Hong Kong and is planning to go there on July. And she’s asking our mbak Inem to go with her. Thinking that she’ll earn a lot more money in Hong Kong, mbak Inem is thinking of going there with her sister. Meaning: She’s going to leave us!!

How in the world would I get some one as good as her? How’s Bianca going to take it? Should I quit my job and start being a full time housewife? Waduh…,
